Great house! 10 people and we never felt crowded. Only two drawbacks…a rental home should have salt and pepper available. And we do like a toaster more than a toaster oven!

Very Nice

The house was clean. My only complaint is dog hair. Noticed right off the furniture and carpet was freshly vacuumed but noticed as the days went on that there was a lot of dog hair attaching itself to blankets and our clothes.

Girls Get Away Vacation

Loved this house with all the open space adjoining the Livingroom, Dining room and Kitchen. The spacious sitting in the Livingroom allowed us to gather to talk and/or watch movies with everyone having their own comfy spot to spread out and relax. All the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were fine. The outside furniture was a little lacking with no lounge chairs, just sitting chairs. They did have a nice Bar-Q grill. The management team were fantastic as they helped out on a couple of small issues we had with fast resolution making our stay outstanding. We have been coming to Sunriver for over 35 years and we would most definitely come back to this house in the future. Great house for the Price!

Family Getaway

This family oriented home was the perfect getaway for our family to relax and spend some time together. It was well supplied with everything we could have needed. The accommodations were well suited for us. We enjoyed the hot tub,, and the relative closeness for us to spend a day visiting Crater Lake.

Comfortable Sunriver

We had a group of six adults for a long weekend trip and were very comfortable at this rental. We really enjoyed the hot tub, we used the shark passes one day, some people played golf, I climbed south sisters, we used the bikes to go to the store and tour the bike paths, we did little cooking but noted the chicken had everything needed. We had a great time, thanks.

Excellent Vacation Home!

Our family enjoyed staying in this home so much! We really enjoyed the layout of the house and the hot tub was a great too. We were right by the market and path, which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family Reunion 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sunriver, walking, swimming at the Shark, wandering in the village and just hanging out. The grocery store is SO convenient, and the house has the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO home. Also lots of games and puzzles in the pantry!! Had a great week

nice getaway

A nice getaway for our small family and sister's small family. Very convenient to the North Store and the house was big enough for 3 adults, a pre teen, two kids and one infant.

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The layout of the house was great. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the SHARC passes and hot tub. The location is on the north end of SunRiver a bit off of the beaten path but an easy bike ride to the SHARC and village. The bedding and flooring had seen better days. There were several bikes in the garage but all of them were very beat up and needed a good tuning. We could only really find 2 bikes that were in decent enough shape to ride.

Peacful and charming home

Two families with children easily stayed in this charming house. The kitchen was very well equipped, the table accommodates 10. The hot tub was a treat with the snow around us. A grocery store walking distance was convenient. Shopping not far for something more. Only issue was recycling as it seems you need to go to a recycling center a drive away which is very inconvenient and a shame the hosts did not resolve it in an easier way, and at least let know what gets recycled.

Great family home in Sunriver

Nice open floorplan on one level. Worked great for a family, with two bedrooms on each side of house. Comfy large couches and fireplace made for a cozy stay. Well stocked kitchen and 8 bikes (although they could use a little maintainance). It's just a few steps to the north store and right on a bike path. Would stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AT THE RENTAL, IT IS REAL CLOSE TO THE STORE ON THE NORTH END OF SUN RIVER, KITCHEN WAS GREAT HAD EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED, QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS THE THROW RUGS, NEED TO BE THROWN AWAY. BEDS WERE WONDERFUL, HOT TUB WAS REAL NICE. HAD AT LEAST SIX BIKES, ONLY ONE HAD A PROBLEM, FRAME WAS BENT, BUT I STILL USED IT AS IT WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT FIT ME. WOULD RENT AGAIN. WEBSTER

We would never rent this property again.........

First the refrigerator had to cleaned when we arrived Food splatters on the walls in the kitchen. Grill was so filthy we never used it. One of the beds has old fashions springs (not box springs) with very old mattress, we all had dollar store pillows. overall poorly maintained. Several lights were burned out, we asked for them to be replaced. Some were replaced, but still the light fixture over the table has a light out.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this house.

We had a fantastic family reunion at this house. Very well laid out for bedroom quiet time and open area family time. Loved the private backyard with the hot tub. So peaceful and private and relaxing. Will definitely keep this place on the list to rebook next year for our family reunion. Sun River is a wonderful place with so many amenities to enjoy. House was in great condition and very well stocked for easy cooking. Loved all the bikes for our use.

Highly Recommended

Had a great birthday with my family - 10 people at this property. Since everyone loves to cook, the kitchen was perfect. Plenty of counter and cabinet space for all the food. Unfortunately the bikes are not in good condition - pump brakes and scary tires. We had to rent bikes which were reasonably priced. We had a pet so the front fenced in yard was perfect. North store and gas station is only one block out the patio doors - very convenient and fun for the kids to be able to buy ice cream and stuff on their own. SHARC and village is only 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes via bikes. Lastly, awesome hot tub.

Very average house

Before I give my review, I want to disclose I am very familiar with Sun River and just bought a home here in Sun River in April of 2017. First the negatives - The front gate does not work properly nor close efficiently. The front gate should be re-hung with new hardware, I have dogs and each and every time we left, I physically have to push and pull the gate latch to lock. We showed up on a Monday for the beginning of our rental period and the only 2 garbage cans outside the house were over flowing. We had no room to place in any garbage outside once interior garbages were full. We are a family of 5, we have garbage/recycling. I found out garbage roadside pickup was on the previous Friday, just 3 days prior to our arrival. Why then would we have two overflowing garbages? I had to call property manager, she was nice and had someone come out right away and create some room for garbage. Just an inconvenience that appears to be thoughtless, not the owners fault, but the property manager. Bikes were in pretty bad shape and only 4 of them. By comparison, the house I just rented last and purchased had 10 bikes and all were in phenomenal shape. Fireplace is non-wood burning (my preference), location in Sun River is not good. Far from SHARQ, far from Fort Rock Park, you are closer to railroad and Highway 97 than the Village and other great amenities. INTERNET is not strong, I had major issues with the owner's internet and when I had to work, I had to use my cell phone as WiFi hotspot. Everything in this house, the kitchen tools, the furniture throughout the house, bikes give off the odor of CHEAP. Positives - four bedrooms in four corners of the 1 story house led to privacy, this was nice. Hot tub is newer and nice, beds seemed to be in ok shape. The house is open to dogs, 10 SHARQ passes is nice but most homes offer this. As much as I know of Sun River, as many homes as I have looked at to purchase, as many homes as I have rented, I would not stay at this house again.

Great house for 2 families

This house worked well for us as each family had one side of the house. Nice open living room and kitchen so everyone can be involved in cooking, chatting, etc. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. Only complaint is the front sidewalk and entryway to house was not maintained and was full of ice and snow making walking on it treacherous.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had four couples and a few dogs stay to run a relay race! Wonderful set up for couples with privacy and a great "great room"! Great fenced in front area in the yard which is super hard to find in Sunriver! It was perfect! We will definitely try and stay again!
