“It was really dirty. The tub and sink were clogged, and the water was coming up. Super disgusting. We had to take a shower right in the middle of the tub while the water wasn’t draining. I even told them, but no one fixed it.”

“Extremely rude staff when checking in, that was actually the exact moment when we decided never to stay there again! We stayed 6 persons in 3 dubbel rooms for 280 euro per night and room in February. Apart from that, it is very very worn down, you dont get linens for your bed, only the cotton thing that sits around the mattress. Only 1 foam matress and nothing else, the pillows were extremely flat and when we asked for another, they didnt get it for us so after going down to the lobby again...

“In most ways this place was really good - the space is nice, comfortable, clean and a great location. Communication was good and it was easy to access the property. However, one huge issue was that the Wifi was atrocious. Cutting out constantly, if it connected at all, and on top of that it wasn't a secured connection, so not suitable for remote working, which is a shame because otherwise it's the perfect place for it. “I loved the experience, the pod was cozy and I want one at home. However, the mattress was super thin and you need ear plugs for sleep since it’s not very sound isolated. The bathrooms where above expectations, quite a lot of them and they each have a toilet, shower and hair dryer. ”

“Location is great, (one blick from Marienplatz) got email with code for front door and room key lock box, no problems. BUT no toilet paper in the shared bathroom either day! And no room ventilation at all (window didn’t open and no AC) Most inexpesive around, but its a low grade hostel”
