“This location is very far removed from St. Helena (25min) even though the address states St. Helena. It’s an old and rather rundown farm. The hostess was rude when I tried to cancel after finding out by a colleague that this was not an ideal place since I was traveling alone and the location has no internet, cellphone signal and it’s really in the middle of nowhere. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It has everything you need to stay in, and lots of options nearby if you want to explore wine country. With two kids and a dog, we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and game room. Sadly the pool was still a bit too cold to use in early May, but the hot tub made up for it. The pool cover is a great safety feature for those with little ones. Ehab was very responsive and very helpful before and during our stay....
