“It’s right next to Gino’s East which is my favorite pizza place in Chicago. The elevators were extremely slow and only one might have worked. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. ”

“Great location but the check-in process took more time than necessary. We had booked a suite for 3 persons but when we got to the room there were only the king bed and nowhere for the third person to sleep. When we contacted the front office they referred to the pictures (with only one king bed) even if you could book the room for three persons. In the end they fixed an extra bed and we had a great stay!”
