“A nice B&B with an old host, a unique kind of building from 1909 with lots of old furniture etc inside. The room was fairly small, they lowered the temperature during night, I had to get up early and it was a bit cold in the room in the morning. Few places to sit outside the room at 6 am. The surroundings are in the better end but still close to some fairly rough areas”

“The Woden Boutique Inn is a gem. Relatively easy to drive to with a private car park. The virtual check-in worked well. Entering one finds a lovely and very clean space. The ambience is quiet and is situated near a park. The Woden is not far from M&S Food and Morrisons. Within a mile there are eating establishments. “Nice staff. OK breakfast. Small room but comfortable bed. Bad wifi. Hot water in the shower not particularly hot at all - quite the opposite.”

“Absolutely seamless from booking to leaving. Great communication from manager Jay. Be aware that there is only 2 parking spaces on the front of the property, but on street parking is available. Room and kitchen were clean and tidy. Great place to stay would thoroughly recommend. The Alma Inn public house is a 7 minute drive away, it has an Indian restaurant attached to the pub, highly recommend the food, great selection and choice.”

“My second stay here. A really good place to stay with a great Italian restaurant attached. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Free parking too. A nice pub down the road selling a great pint of ale. Dartmouth Park is close by and lovely to walk around. Bus and tram stop about 20 mins walk away to easy access in to Birmingham or Wolverhampton and they run late so you can have a nice night out and get back to hotel without a worry. ”

“The hotel is 3 stars (I believe), so I wasn’t expecting much. And the toilet handle didn’t work well. Food was ok. The lasagne was a small portion. But service was good ◡̈ ”

“I demand a refund. I waited in the dark in the rain for the host to give me the code to get in. The host did not answer calls. This was an emergency to get to the nearby hospital to visit a critically ill relative. I did not stay and booked another place ”
