âVery efficient, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The surrounding area felt a bit run down and unsafe. However the train station was nearby and there are several bus routes available. â
âIf you're looking for affordable accommodation, Hotel Ramala is one of the best options around. The food is excellent â I had breakfast and dinner there twice, and both were really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to Junction 2 on the M5, with Aldi right beside it and Asda opposite. Plus, it's just a five-minute walk to shopping and restaurants.â

Det enda jag skulle kunna klaga LITE pĂ„ var att restaurangpersonalen var lite okunniga, exempelvis vad gĂ€llde deras vinutbud.. Det var helt enkelt inte den bĂ€sta restaurangupplevelsen jag haft. âRooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museumâ
âThe property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! â

HjÀlpsamma med att komma med kaffe, te, mjölk och toalettrullar till jobbet.
Vi hade problem med vÄra hotell kort mest hela tiden, men ibland fungerade dom i 3 dagar i alla fall, men dom scannades om utan problem.
TyvÀrr fungerade bara en hiss under vÄra 11 dagar dÀr, sÄ det blev ju lite vÀntetid mÄnga...
âStayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldnât have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. Breakfast however was really good, not a huge choice but what was...
âMy brother is disabled and staff went above and beyond to accommodate him. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was a little dated but it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was an accessible one with walk in shower and plenty of grab rails. The hotel was cry good value at the price. We would use it again if we are in the area. The restaurant next door was good value and offered tasty food, it also had very friendly staff.â
âThe accommodation must be better for living no matter how many days of stay. There were bugs seen at first night of our stay but fortunately our children didnât notice it otherwise it would be difficult to stay there for couple of days.
Overall, it isnât worth to stay there regardless of the less amount of stay.â
