The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance, there are many things to be improved. The toilet had germs and stains, of the type that builts up over time. It was even clogged one time which needed a plunger to be fixed! The ceiling was water damaged and there were a big mark on it. There were also some stains on the toilet papers, showing that the staff were not paying enough attention when cleaning the room. There were also lots of stains on the floors and walls in the hallways. Also, there were many stuff like tools, chargers, repair wastes, etc., just left in the hallways.
