This studio apartment is a truly unique accommodation for both short and long term stays right in the heart of Coventry City Centre with lots of shops, supermarkets, major landmarks, games and activities and restaurants all within less than 5 mins walk from the studio.

Main Studio
This studio has two single beds and a secure wardrobe with drawers to keep your valuables. The windows have got blinds. We always provide fresh linens, towels, a hand towel, a bath mat and some toiletries for your use and this is all included in the nightly rate. There is a TV in the studio with free access to complimentary Netflix during your stay.

Kitchen
The studio has a kitchen with expansive worktops, a fridge/freezer, cooker, oven & microwave, crockery, cutlery, cups & glasses. We also provide all cooking utensils, toaster/kettle.

Shower Room
There is one large comfortable shower room with a decent water pressure to ensure you enjoy a comfortable shower during your downtime plus it has a sink and toilet.

Communal Laundry Room
There is a shared laundry room which has a washing machine and dryer.
Guest access
1. You'll have full use of the entire self-contained studio and you will not be sharing with anyone.

Loud Noise Notice: Since the accommodation is located in the heart of the city centre with a lot of pubs, restaurants, shops, bars and a night club surrounding the accommodation, there is potential of a lot of loud noises outside the accommodation, at night during the weekends and on some weekdays or major event days.

3. There is paid parking outside the studio building. More information on parking below;

Parking Charges:
50p for 30 minutes, £1 for one hour and £2 for two hours.
