“Clean, cute, cozy and in a great location! We were in town 2 days for a concert and kayaking… it was perfect. We only wish we were there long enough to enjoy the hot tub! So happy we found Cozy 3-bedroom chalet!”

“A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt....

“A home from home- all the quiet and seclusion you could want, plus the creature comforts of home (minus wifi, which we though was a plus). We had a great time getting away from the world and were very grateful to be able to bring our dogs with us. Vinnie is a great host and we can't wait to come back again.”

“Excellent rental! Very roomy-lots of space to relax and dine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable-lots of extra towels and comforters. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, olive oil, vinegar but no sugar or coffee pods to get started with. Loved the big bag of ice in the freezer!! Walkable to tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed every day. Walkable to the beach if you don't mind going up and down a very big hill. I would definitely stay here again”

“Property was excellent. Solid house in a great location. Just one full bath and a half bath but worked for us. Also a/c is only upstairs in family room but there are fans in all bedrooms. Again, no issue for us. Will be back.”
