“Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.”

“We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable.”

“Our stay in Arvada was fantastic. We had plans all over the metro and the location made it so easy to navigate. The neighborhood was quiet can nice, my kid left a door open on the car all night and it was never messed with! The stay was clean and comfortable, and our family enjoyed hanging out and playing some pool together. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay again! ”

“Lots of space! 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking. We cooked breakfast everyday which was great. Plenty of dishes and a few spices available. More beds than we needed and nice to have a dining table and a game space.”
