Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
Staff booked us in a room already occupied, took forever to get thst figured out at the front desk. Room was half cleaned with TV and bathroom light still on. Housekeeping came knocking at the door at 8:15am when check out isn't until 11am

This stay was really special and wonderful, the location was PERFECT and the staff was very warm. We will without a doubt stay here again.

Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk
Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.
