The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with a mix of King, Queen, and Single beds. Its generous layout and timeless charm make it ideal for families or groups. There are two bathrooms, one featuring a private saunaan added luxury after a day of exploring. Please note that Bedroom 2 is accessed via Bedroom 1, with the ensuite situated in the hallway connecting them. A door between the rooms ensures privacy for all guests.
Scarletts Place is designed for comfort year-round. Enjoy central heating throughout, supplemented by gas and electric heaters, plus electric blankets on all beds for crisp mountain nights. The master bedroom also includes a TV, perfect for relaxed evenings in bed.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home cooking. Meals can be shared at the breakfast bar or in the separate dining room, both with picturesque views over the golf courseenhancing the sense of calm and connection with nature.

ACCESSIBILITY
Main Entrance: Front door entry has four steps into the house, then level throughout.
Garage Entrance: Level entry via the driveway into the garage, with one step into the house, which is then level throughout.
FEES
The base tariff includes 6 people; extra guests are charged an additional fee per person, per night.
Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
â There is no dedicated EV port at the property.
Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.
CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.
FIREWOOD SEASON
1st May - 30th September.
During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night.
More firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.
TELEVISION SIGNAL
Please note that poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels.
We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal.
On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your accounts.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
This property is exclusively for registered guests.
It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
