Picture yourself unwinding on the spacious covered deck w/180 degree views & indulging in the fine art of outdoor living. The primary bedroom offers living quarters spacious enough to host a two-person dance party (or just some uninterrupted relaxation).
The space
Welcome to your dream getaway! As you step through the entry door, you're greeted by a charming small landing, inviting you to descend a few steps to the main floor. Enjoy the fully equiped kitchen and living room, complete with an LG 55" HD TV and a record player which includes a collection of classic vinyls. French doors beckon you to the covered deck, adorned with enchanting overhead string lighting, a large sectional, a fire top table, a heat lamp, a stainless steel cooler, and a natural gas BBQ, all overlooking the breathtaking Birch Bay.

Venture downstairs to discover a lower level that boasts a 3/4 bath, a cozy second bedroom with twin beds that can be combined into a king bed, and a convenient small closet. At the end of the hall awaits the versatile flex room, equipped with a smart TV and a couch that effortlessly converts into a full bed (yes, it's pumped up with an air pump stored in the cabinet!). Unwind with some board games or step outside through the glass slider to a delightful small patio and the stairs down to the beach.

Ascending the stairs from the entry, you'll encounter a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer, perfect for your convenience. For those needing to attend to business matters, a small work desk awaits. Finally, you'll reach the primary bedroom, a haven of tranquility, featuring a 3/4 bath with a luxurious walk-in shower, a huge walk-in closet, and wide-open views over Birch Bay. And don't worry, another 55" Smart TV is here for your Netflix and chill desires.

As a plus, the home comes equipped with forced air heat and AC, ensuring you stay perfectly comfortable regardless of the weather outside!

Such a beautiful property in a spectacular location, right on Birch Bay. The deck was amazing. I barely left the place it was so cozy and relaxing. The perfect place to unwind–thank you!

Really enjoyed this location and check in was very easy and communication with Sean was simple and response time was quick. Loved the turntable and the albums that we could listen to, that was a great touch. Loved the area and the town was great and spend an evening at the Beach Cat Brewing.

Great house

We had a great time. Birch bay is nice but other than beach activities not much else to do. We had good food in all the restaurants. Definitely would recommend this property.
