It was clean and spacious… but the heating didn’t work and we could never get the temp over 65 degrees. It was an uncomfortably cold night. The tub drained super slow and water backed up during shower, and the bathroom light started flickering so bad in the middle of shower that it had to be shut off. The hot tub looked nice but we didn’t take advantage for fear we would get out and be too cold after. Would not stay there again.

Great place to stay. Fam fav out of 6 dif hotels
CLEAN. Shower pressure is GREAT. We made breakfast before we left. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Only issue I had- as states it’s a condo and there are laundry facilities. I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and comfy. Recs: I tried to send an email but it bounced back. The toilet next to king bed runs after a flush. The chain is getting stuck. Also, we are from Midwest and had no idea how to use the infrared heat thing on the wall. We were hot so we opened the windows. Maybe add something to the binder on how to work them?

Great place, especially for larger groups. We were a party of theee, but could easily accommodate 8. Nice thoughtful touches, like eclipse glasses, which is what we were there for. Highly recommend!

The location of property was quiet n peaceful. We came from a very loud town n enjoyed the quietness was very relaxing. The place was very clean n had everything we needed to feel like home enjoying our family. We all slept good comfortably. I would like to refer a family to try it too. This is a surprise, this guest seemed to be happy when we checked on them and to see this 2 out of 10 is unexplainable to me. This is a gem of a place I highly recommend it for a place to stay to enjoy southeastern Utah. The host was great and inviting, we will definitely stay there again. Very clean and comfortable, felt just like home!!

Accomodations are excellent. Dick, the onsite representative is great. The only negative is the WiFi. It kept on dropping off.

Such a beautiful, well appointed, roomy 4 bdrm condo. The kids were asking that we come back before we even left. Had everything we needed and had high quality, clean furniture and carpet. Only found the king bed not as soft as I'd like. Hope to be back soon!

This property was perfect for us. We have 6 people and this property gave us plenty of space. It was clean and well kept. Laundry access was a definite plus. Dick was pleasant to talk to, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property.

Some travelers read books in the evening and this property was without no reading lights in living room and bedrooms had one lamp. Also, get a water system where the you don't have a cold shower when you take a shower because turning the hot water on in the sinks does not work except very week. Suggestion. visit the property and take a shower.

nice place if you don't mind the smell of weed
The property was nice for a quick overnight stay. The only draw back was the room across the hall that smelled like a stoner's apartment....

This was a surprise, I called and had a police officer come and check t out when I saw this review. He said it smells like some exotic food but no smell of weed, this officer has been dealing with drugs for years so I feel confident there was no weed. But thanks for letting us know so we could check it out.

This place was an answer to prayers. We were three women and one man all unrelated and needing economy and privacy and yet togetherness. It was an impossible set of conditions needing to be met, but this place met the conditions. Clean, surprisingly nicely appointed, spacious, private—PERFECT! Thank you! We may plan another trip to the area built around your condo. Worth driving out of our way a bit.

Pleasantly surprised-Clean and spacious
Everything was outstanding but there was no hot water in our condo. It only got lukewarm so only one of us dared to take a shower. Other than that the place was fantastic.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the inconvenience with the hot water. It is on demand and there should always be hot water. When I heard there was a problem I went to check on it, found a reset button needed pushed and all was good. Le meilleur choix parmi les 17 hôtels qu'on avait choisi lors de notre voyage dans l'ouest américain. Très spacieux, super bien équipé, calme, confortable, avec un Wi-Fi digne de ce nom. Juste un peu loin de Monument Valley, mais on le savait déjà.

Good Value
Nice place to stay for the fam. Lots of space and everything we needed. Good value. Only issue I had was with the cooling system. The property uses a swamp cooler, which didn't cool so well at night but really well early in the morning, making for an inconsistent temperature throughout the night. Couple of fans would have helped immensely. Still, overall pleased.
