We had an amazing stay here. The cabin was exactly as presented. Very clean and spacious. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor screened porch for early coffee, naps, grilling, eating dinner and playing games. We brought our dog and was pleased to find dog bed and dog bowls in the cabin. The kitchen seemed to have pretty new dishes and small appliances. Was delighted to find keurig and an air fryer that looked brand new. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to town to shop and eat. We explored a bit further within about 1-1.5 hour drive for boating/marina, tubing, white water rafting and horse back riding. The only hiccup during our stay was that there were electricity outages going on daily and while it did not really disrupt us just a minor inconvenience when the appliances stopped working mid-laundry cycle and making coffee. I am not sure if this is an ongoing thing or only for some maintenance for a specific period of time. There may be somewhere where is it listed in more detail for locals but for someone just coming into town might be nice to know more details so future visitors may just want to inquire ahead of time to plan. I did reach out to manager about it and she told me there was a webpage for tristate electric that has power outage maps and stated there was not a way to know when it would be back on but that it was usually fixed pretty quickly. We were on our way out for the day so I did not investigate nor know how long it was out.
