“We had a great stay overall! The animals were all nice besides the donkey. The market was nice for breakfast and a little shopping. The cabin was a bit chilly the first night as there’s not really insulation but with both heaters going and the fan blowing towards the roof it made it more than comfortable the second night. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. There’s no service up there which could be a plus or negative depending what you’re looking for but there is WiFi available at...

“Weather was VERY cold during our stay! But the gas log heater inside the dome greeted us warmly and did a wonderful job of keeping us comfortable inside. We cooked our meals outside on the blacktop grill and ate on the deck admiring the creek and woods surrounding us. With below freezing highs and lows in the low teens, for a last minute get out of the city dose of nature it was a lazy relaxing trip, but would love to experience again in slightly warmer temps. “It was nice, but no creek and you're kind of in the middle of nowhere which made for peace & quiet.”

“The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.”
