The apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic building, in the lively Santo Stefano district, just few minutes walking from all tourist places. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, equipped with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. It's really convenient for public transportation: 10 minutes from the central train station and 15 minutes from Bologna Fiere.

The apartment is composed of entrance on large living area with parquet floor, with double sofa bed, LED TV and dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook: there are pots, pans and dishes. There is also a microwave and oven.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe to store your belongings.

The bathroom has a shower, full of all sanitary ware and Welcome Kit with soap and shower gel. A hairdryer and a washing machine are also available.

Free WIFI internet, heating system, bed linen and towels.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
