Hidden Heaven - 4 bedroom with stunning mountain view, hot tub, and pet friendly

Welcome to Hidden Heaven, the perfect location for your high country escape! Located just a short drive from downtown Boone, you'll be tucked away in a “hidden” and picturesque community along the South Fork of the New River.

Your party is going to love the vaulted great room with floor to ceiling windows looking over the beautiful Mountainside. Gather around the gas log fire and share your favorite show or just relax on the large sectional and inviting chairs as you appreciate the view.

Connected to the great room, you will find the spacious dining area and kitchen, which is set up with all stainless-steel appliances, granite counters and beautiful custom cabinets along with the pans, dishes, and all the basic essentials you'll need. On nice summer evenings, you may want to take a step out onto the expansive deck and enjoy your meal outdoors.

The deck overlooks both the spacious grassy yard as well as that wonderful mountain view. You can enjoy a deck side fire around the gas fire table or you prefer, step into they yard and enjoy the wood burning fire pit. Of course, no mountain rental will be complete without a dip in the covered hot tub, located on the lower patio.

Back to the main level, you will find the primary King Suite with an ensuite bath. Right around the corner is a second bedroom with a King bed. Walking to the upper level, you can find the third and fourth bedrooms, each with a full bed and a trundle. A shared bathroom is centered between these two rooms. Each bedroom in the home offers a large mounted tv.

You can find the game room on the lower level, which includes a pool table and an Atari arcade machine. In addition, a ping pong table is just around the corner in the garage and the game room leads into a second living space with a cozy gas fireplace, a large tv, and an Xbox 360 with numerous games. For a larger gathering, the seating in the second living space can be converted into 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper. A full bath is attached.

With easy access to Boone and the New River, flexible sleeping, abundant outdoor living space, and all the amenities that a vacation home can provide, Hidden Heaven is the ideal mountain getaway.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Hidden Heaven is pet friendly and allows one mature and well trained dog per visit with an additional pet rent of $25 per night.
- AWD/4WD and potentially chains may be needed to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- Parking can easily accommodate 4 vehicles.
- This home does not have direct river access. Crossing through the yard is not permitted. River access is located at the bridge that leads into the community.
- Firewood may be added with notice of at least 7 nights prior to arrival. One-night packages are $25 and provide 2 wrapped bundles of split logs and a Firestarter.
- Guests returning to Hidden Heaven can receive a 5% discount on future stays if booked over the phone.
- This home exterior is monitored by a security camera, there is one camera near the top of the garage near the back deck monitoring the parking area only. The camera is not pointed toward any interiors or decks.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
