Dear Mr. Kaukinen,I am really surprised about your comment and rate.Indeed, you made a booking in last minute and we prepared everything for your dog Carmen that I personally kept for 5 minutes.You wanted a special room service, burger and french fries and unfortunately we do not propose that on our menu and we cannot make it since all of our products are fresh. We made the effort to propose you something else that was not at the menu.As a good gesture I offered you all the extras and the room service and you didn't mentioned anything else at the check-out and instead of talking with me you preferred to put a 2/10 on expedia... regardless all the efforts of the Palais Gallien Team.As a reminder, every extra in a 5 star hotel is not complimentary.Best regards,
