Reporting Damages: Any existing damage must be reported and confirmed at the time of check-in

Deposit Use: The host reserves the right to use all or part of the security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount
Zero Tolerance for Police Visits
Any visit from local law enforcement will result in immediate eviction without refund.
