It sits directly next to Montserrat College of Art and is walking distance to all downtown Beverly has to offer. Pull into a private parking spot, step into the pre-1900 elegant Victorian home and conveniently find your private apartment on the second floor.
Once you step inside you'll immediately be greeted by the vibrant and colorful decor throughout. The living room is the perfect place to unwind and stream your favorites or take advantage of the dedicated workspace. A large bedroom with king bed is off the living room complete with walk-in closet.

*This is a second floor apartment of a multi-family historic home so there are stairs needed to access the unit and the unit is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
