“Very private. Owner was super responsive. Great layout to the house. Bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd floor with 3 full baths on the top 2 floors and a half bath on the ground floor. Worked out great so the early risers could use the kitchen, laundry, etc without worrying about waking anyone. 3 season room with a huge hot tub is awesome. Nice backyard-private with really nice fire pit with beach/lake right there. Location is really nice: easy to get to Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs to...
