“It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. My husband broke up a bar fight one night on the resort as the manager and bartenders were standing by doing nothing. It would have been nice to have our bill comped or at least a...

“i loved the stay and the water park but me and my kids only stayed for one night and we got there around 4 and the waterpark closes at 8. so we went to the water park as soon as we got there and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes each time because they only had 1 person running 3 water slides. and they shut down the family slide! so basically we only got to ride slides for two hours at most. “We enjoyed our stay and loved that the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. What we didn’t love was that they don’t allow discounts for families that book through Expedia. Booking through a third party vendor negates the ability to use lodging guest rates for the skybridge and waterpark.”
