Nice view
The building is very secure. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Never have to use your car once you’re there. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the view. The furniture is dated and the couches are uncomfortable. AC was great every where except the bedrooms cold air was not coming out of the vents. With that it was great the pool the veiwetc.

Awesome Beach Location
We spent our mornings on the screened lanai and afternoons on the beach and pool. Everything is a few steps away. There are many walkable restaurants. We saw a beautiful sunset each evening. Shirley is a great communicator and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10 for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

A little piece of heaven

Fantastic location
My family had a great stay at this condo!! We were on the beach and the location made it walkable to many restaurants! Shirley also provided many extras for us like beach toys and towels! The pool was usually empty so we had it to ourselves most of the time! We had pool toys and a cooler (provided again by Shirley). Which definitely added to our experience! We will be back in the future!! We love AMI and the locals are very nice and knowledgeable of the island!!

Perfectly Paradise
This was the perfect place to spend our week at the beach! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The location is the greatest feature. Right on the beach and steps to anywhere we wanted to go.

Great Week!
Great location! We loved being so close to Bridge Street. We could walk to restaurants and shops. We rented bikes for the week, which were fun to ride in the morning and evening. There is a path right after Bridge Street to ride along. The air conditioner wasn’t working correctly when we got there, but an emergency call got put in by Shirley and it got fixed that evening. The beach is beautiful, and our daughter loved the pool!

Ecellant stay
This is the second we have stayed here in 101 and enjoyed the beach, great location east access to everything. The condo was well equiped and we had everything we needed. Very relaxing sitting on the screened in porch watching and listening to the waves. We will be back next year. Thank you Shirley for sharing your place with us.

Great location and owner
This is our 3rd time at this condo, and we have reservations for next year. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and Bridge Street, beach out front. The owner is wonderful about replying right away to any question or issue. A great place to stay.

AMI Vacation
We chose this property for our 10th anniversary getaway trip and it was perfect! The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is there! We were chatting with a gentleman cleaning beach chairs in the storage unit next to ours and mentioned we only had 1 chair, somehow magically 2 brand new beach chairs appeared in the stairwell for our unit the next day! You can't get a better location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on bridge street and beyond! The pool and beach are 2 steps away. Beautiful views from the balcony as well. Shirley is very quick to respond to all of your questions or concerns. We can't wait to come back here again!! Thanks Shirley!

Great location
Host immediately took care of a few small problems. Very responsive. It’s a small complex so there was plenty of room to enjoy the amenities. Great location. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants so you can walk to many places. I would stay there again! Thank you Shirley

How do you prepare for a Hurricane ?
This was a new journey for us, we had been going to the panhandle for about (10) years and prior to that, we went to Sanibel for about (20) years so it was time for a change. We have a family history with Anna Maria and just had to go there. We had (3) wonderful days until the Hurricane hit and we had to evacuate. The condo looked newly decorated, with bathrooms, a kitchen, etc. The pool was neat and clean and there is a gas grill (which we didn't have time to use.) We're going back, we didn't get to see much of the island, the trolley was good and fun. I was told that we wouldn't need a car and that was true.

Location to so much! Great beach access and views from room. Rooms were all very adequate but when at condo we were usually on deck. Would recommend 4 chairs for deck vs 2 and table with 4 small chairs. Will be back for sure!!

Lovely and relaxing.
We stayed at Shirley’s condo for a week this January and had a wonderful stay. Shirley was very communicative and made check in super easy. The condo is in a wonderful location right off Bridge Street where there are restaurants and shopping and it’s only a quick drive to some great places on Longboat Key. We lived on the screen in balcony which is the perfect spot to listen to and watch the waves. The kitchen was also well stocked for those looking to eat in. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Unbeatable location
This is our 2nd time staying in this condo, we’ve already booked for next year and hope to continue for several years after. The owner, Shirley, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Unit is clean with beautiful view overlooking the Gulf. Many restaurants, shops, etc., within easy walking distance.

Close to all of it!
Great place to stay,excellent view, very close to some good restaurants. 1 down fall, right next door is the Moose Lodge & the people on the loud speaker paging people their food is done gets annoying from 12 to 8 or 9 everyday. Idea invest in vibrating pagers! Other than that everything else was great, pool, beach chairs, and also the Condo.
