“Rob actually offered an upgrade to the property next door as last minute essential maintenance was being undertaken in the listed property. The experience was sublime. A beautiful property tastefully furnished catering for every need. The swimming pool and hot tub were spa standard. We all had the most amazing stay. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house for a friends reunion. The house is charming, comfortable, with great communal areas and cosy bedrooms. It’s well placed near a train station, and a great walk. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub which created a great atmosphere and kept us warm in winter.”

“My wife and parents had an excellent stay at The Rafters. The property is well equipped and situated in a quiet yet convenient location. Only ten minutes travel time to Bath using the train. Two big bedrooms and two en-suites. We made good use of the train station, shop and pub (Hop Pole Inn). Highly recommended.”

“We had a long weekend with friends at the property, which is exactly as it looks in the photos. Nice rooms, big kitchen and a large living space with really cool decor. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a local town within 10 minutes drive so easy to get to. Highly recomend.”

"Allt var på ytan rent. Men golven i både badrum och sovrum var väldigt lortiga. Troligen har dom bara torrsopat golven under mycket lång tid. Ac:n fungerade dåligt då rummet var bokstavligen som en bastu. Vi informerade receptionen om städningen och ac:n. Tveksam till om något åtgärdades då vi inte märkte någon skillnad. Även om rummet inte var bra så var läget perfekt. Nära till allt. "
