8. Mersea Anchorage Cottage | Estuary Views

West Mersea

“We had a lovely short break in this charming cottage. The location is one of the best on the island, down a very quiet track with views out to the estuary and a short walk down to the harbour. Cottage was well equipped and has been renovated to a high spec. Steps upstairs are steep, reflecting how old the property is, so won’t suit anyone with mobility issues, but fine for us - just added to the character of the property. Would love to return!”

“The property was exactly as described and came with a lot more extras than expected such as cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper a clothesline in the back and seasoning if we wanted to cook and stay in. The host was exceptional in communication and when we had a small issue he came out to the house to assist within a few minutes. Bishal is a great host and I would definitely stay at this property again.”

Recensioner av topphotell i Braintree

Hampton by Hilton London Stansted Airport

10/10 Fantastiskt

"Convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff."

St Nicholas Hotel

8/10 Bra

"Ett jättefint hotell. Rent, fräscht och ligger bra till. Vi hade ett problem när vi kom. Det var som att kliva in i en bastu. Det var över 30 grader varmt. Vi ställde upp dörren och drog ner graderna till lägsta men det blev inte under 25 grader innan vi skulle checka ut. Tack och lov så fanns det en fläkt vi kunde använda under natten."

The Fellows House Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton

10/10 Fantastiskt

"The room with kitchen was perfect for someone like me with lots of allergies. So I don't have to go out of my way three times a day to find a restaurant and have awkward conversations. There was also a CO-OP supermarket really close. The room was really quiet, but a bit of a walk from the elevator, I think I went around the whole building. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and had nice food but a bit expensive. All in all; The room was excellent, the staff was lovely and I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Cambridge."
