  • Rymligt hem centralt beläget till allt Brewster har att erbjuda. Vi är steg till Blueberry Pond Beach och Bike Rail Trail. Vi är en kort bilresa till Brewsters många Bay stränder, Cobe's Ice Cream, General Store och Historic 6A. Stormarknader ligger 10 minuter från huset och Nauset Beach är 15 minuter. Vårt hus har två sovrum nere och 3 på övervåningen, vi har gott om sängar inklusive 2 kungar och 1 drottning, plus 6 tvillingar. Du kommer också njuta av privatlivet på våra 2 hektar mark.

Our family had a terrific week. We loved the easy access to the Rail Trail and Blueberry Pond. The house was very clean and spacious, making it easy for a large group to share and make great memories. The outside sitting areas and bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. Neil was great to communicate with.

Fall Get-away

It was perfect for our group of 9 adults,convenient location for trips to Audubon sanctuary in Wellfleet, beaches in Brewster and Orleans and to Marshside restaurant in Dennis and to the biketrail,which is very close to the house.

A wonderful house that easily accommodates a multigenerational family, with bedrooms on the ground floor with their own bathroom and lots of bedspace upstairs for families with kids. The layout of the house was really nice, it was close proximity to local beaches as well as the broader Cape Cod area, and also had amazing air-conditioning, which came in incredibly handy on a couple of hot days. The neighborhood was quiet, it was far away from any busy streets, and there was also easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail for those who want to go biking. Overall, a wonderful house to stay at the Cape and hopefully we can be back in the future!

Best house in Brewster

Beautiful home in quiet location. Lots of space indoors and out including 2 grills. Very close to rail trail for biking and walking. Close to Nickerson State Park.

Wedding weekend

We had an amazing time on the cape this past weekend. We loved the home we stayed in. It was in the perfect location. It offered privacy and plenty of room. We highly recommend this rental and would rent again without hesitation. Thank you.

Great Stay at a Great House!

This house was perfect for our multi-family stay in Cape Cod. Central location, this clean and well taken care of home was well stocked and very comfortable. Nice large lawn and proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail was perfect. Communication with Neil was excellent.

Perfect Location, Great for Families

My family enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. Being so close to Blueberry Pond and the bike trail was awesome! After a day spent at various nearby beaches we enjoyed wonderful meals prepared at home or dining out. We often ended our evening sitting by the fire pit. Plenty of space for a large family like ours!

The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood is lovely and the pond was great -- just a couple minutes walk down the road. We were six adults and three kids and the house never felt small. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a peeler! We're excited to return next year!

Clean renovated bathrooms and lots of beds!

Great spot for families or large friend group that is comfortable sharing beds / rooms. The upstairs bedrooms have many beds per room, but 2 bedrooms downstairs are more private. This worked perfectly for our group, but keep that in mind when booking! Both bathrooms were newly renovated and very clean.

Incredible find!

We had a fabulous day at this house. After many other cape rentals I can confidently say this is the best! The access to all of the cape and a beautiful pond just down the street is everything you need for a great Cape vacation! The house has plenty of Bedrooms to sleep people and as well equipped for a great week on the cape with beach gear and even a kayak! Highly recommend we will be booking year after year

Everything was absolutely wrong wonderful! Beautiful property, excellent location, clean, plenty of room to sleep and move around. Absolutely perfect, went too quick. Thank you so much for all the added little details as well such as games, basic condiments ect. It was a lovely time and we made some great memories in that house.

Well equipped and close to everything

This was a family vacation with our children, spouses, and grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The house had everything we needed and everything else was close by. Nick was very responsive when a question was asked. We made more happy family memories with the help of this home away from home.

Cooksters at Blueberry Pond 2022

Loved this property as it had a very Cape Cod look and feeling! Being so close to the pond as well as the CC bike trail were added plusses for our group. We made use of the fire pit in the evenings and plenty of yard space out front for kids to play. House was well maintained, was furnished nicely, had plenty of kitchen necessities, utensils, dishes, etc., My group had no complaints (other than the upstairs toilet which I mentioned to the host). Definitely recommend this property to others.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Cape Cod rental for a family wedding weekend. The location couldn’t have been more perfect.just steps from a private beach that was ideal for the kids to play safely and enjoy the water. It made everything feel so relaxed and special.One of the unexpected highlights was how close we were to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It was such a treat to be able to take the kids on walks and bike rides along the trail,peaceful, scenic, and super convenient.The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and perfect for a family. You can tell the owners really care. It was the perfect home base for our trip and close enough to the wedding venue but with enough space and quiet to really unwind. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Great location

We enjoyed the spacious main living area. The proximity to the bike path was fantastic, we rode bikes every day and even rode to nearby beaches. The neighborhood is beautiful and having the pond down the road was lovely. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The air conditioners are window units and do need to be cleaned and the upstairs is carpeted, so tougher for those with allergies. The bedrooms were spacious and mattresses comfortable and we loved the multiple outdoor areas and outdoor shower.

Blueberry Pond

Excellent location - short walk to private pond beach and rail trail. Quiet one mile walk to Ellis Landing Beach. Great house layout - King and Queen in two rooms on main floor, two adjoining rooms with four twins at one end of upstairs, one large room with Queen and two twins at other end of upstairs. Window ACs in all bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked, as was garage, with two bikes, kayak, beach chairs, cooler, etc. Deck had small patio table with gas grill and adjacent fire pit with firewood.

Late August week

We had a wonderful week staying in the Blueberry Pond home. The house was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. Having beach chairs, floats and bikes was especially convenient. We loved the short walk to the swimming pond. The owner Neil was very responsive. We had a small issue at check in and he immediately resolved the issue. We highly recommend this home.
