"For the (incredibly reasonable) price that I paid this was the best accommodation that I've stayed in for years. Great location, free parking, superb breakfast, and an ever so welcoming host. I took a punt and I am so pleased that I did. I'll definitely be back."

"Clean room but not the room we booked staff was very good no sea view seagull noise was horrendous and the shower was terrible very lucky to get the car parked Great central position in town Bridlington is a lively friendly place again let down by seagull poo everywhere and the noise"

A wonderful place
"This was a lovely place to stay. The place was reasonably well equipped, and very clean, and the owner's communications were first rate. The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. We were there for new year week, and I did wonder whether in the summer ..."
