We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). Overall, it was a great time and my picky dog felt at home immediately! I think he’s sad we’re back at our actual home! “Check in time was 4pm, but had to call at 4.30 to get check-in info. Property quite hard to find. In a great location, close to a Sainsbury’s local, the Pier & the Lanes. Bus stops close by. Lots of beds & bathroom facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Internet an issue. Unable to use hot-tub due to net to keep pigeons out not effective & many of them inside netting. Obviously is student accommodation during term time which was evident”

“This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). “Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out...
