Our apartment features: - Complimented Wifi - A sunny balcony for you to enjoy the sunny days here in Brisbane! - Fully equipped Kitchen (including microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, utensils and full sets of dinner wares etc.) and a open plan dining area. - A queen size bed in bedroom with extra blankets and pillows! Our bed linens are provided by professional cleaning company and it is changed per stay! - Lounge room with comfy sofa and cable TV for your entertainment! - Well-maintained bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided at your ease! - Laundry chute inside unit (Washing machine and dryer). Washing powder provided! -As a resident you will have priority access to world class dining in the hotel restaurant, gym facilities, and a luxurious indoor pool.

Check out instructions will be automatically made available to you no later than 1 DAY BEFORE your departure! You can find how to check out in either the link provided to you before or on the Airbnb app! Please remember to take a photo of returned keys once you have checked out! —------- KEYS —------- We will provide you with 1 set of keys by default. If you require extra keys it is subject to availability. Key replacement and ordering can be very expensive for private apartments and therefore we will require a separate key deposit of $100 if you need extra keys! Thank you so much for understanding! —---------------------------------- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS —---------------------------------- We usually need at least a day to arrange cleaning and inform our cleaners special check-in requirements. If you have made a same day booking, we cannot ensure you a 3pm check in. However we will try our best to accommodate your request, therefore drop us a message before you make a last minute booking and let us know your planned arrival time! —---------------------------------------- EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS —---------------------------------------- Unlike hotels, we do not have an onsite cleaning service and our cleaners usually make their schedule a day before. We have a standard check in time of 3pm which ensures that our cleaners have enough time to make our home nice and clean for your stay! If you need an early check in, please contact me at least a day before your planned arrival day and we will try our best to accommodate your request! Unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee any early check in request on the day of your arrival, thank you for your understanding in advance! —----------------------------------------- LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS —----------------------------------------- We understand that sometimes you really enjoy your time here with us and would like stay a little longer! However, we sometimes have guests coming to stay on the same day you check out and unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms for them! Therefore it is important that all late check out requests should be made AT LEAST THE NIGHT before your departure to ensure that our cleaners have plenty of time to finish their work! If you need to check out after 12pm, an extra HALF DAY rate will be charged through Airbnb and the payment must be made on and before the night you check out for your request to be approved. We will not accommodate late check out requests on the day of your departure. Without a late check out confirmation, our cleaner will commence their work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. —-------------------------------------------------------------------- STARTER SUPPLIES —-------------------------------------------------------------------- We provide all our guests with essential starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. Complimentary supplies include: 1 set of bed linens for each bed, 2 towels per double/queen/king bed, 1 towel per single/sofa bed, 1 tea towel, coffee + tea + sugar + milk, 2 toilet rolls per toilet, 1 bath mat, 2 hand towels and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bodywash per bathroom. There are also a few other cooking supplies provided in our kitchen. Please note these supplies are not intended to last for the whole duration of your stay but are provided to avoid the need to rush to supermarkets immediately after your arrival. If you need extra supplies, please arrange with us prior to your stay to avoid delivery costs! If you would like to request mid-stay supply delivery, please contact us and we are more than happy to help!
Please make sure to book for the actual number of guests so that linens & towels can be provided for all! —-------------------------------------------------------------------- HIGH CHAIR and PORTACOT —-------------------------------------------------------------------- They are both available upon request at a cost of $40 which can be paid through Airbnb. Once payment is received, we will arrange them to be set up for you. We provide regular sheets to our cot and it will be made for you. It is also recommended that you bring your own fabrics to protect the sensitive and delicate skin of your baby! Thank you for choosing my property for your trip! Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times. ❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply. ❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)
RULE 2: No parties or events allowed ❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 3: No smoking allowed. ❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result an additional charge of over $250. This is as the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.
RULE 4: No pets allowed. ❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.
RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew. ❑ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 8am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items. ❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. ❑ For left behind items, our housekeepers will bring them back to our warehouse and you can contact us to arrange item pick up from the warehouse for free until two weeks after your check out day. Items will not be kept in the warehouse longer than 2 weeks and we will donate all left behind items to charity shops after two weeks.

The unit is walking distance to South Bank and only a short walk to public transport.The unit was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our trip to Brissy.We would stay again

Great Getaway
We were super happy with the location which gave us easy access to good restaurants, shops and museums etc. The bedroom was very comfy and light and clean. The place could do with a little bit of TLC as shower was held up by zip tie and couches were a bit tatty and clothes horse was held together with sticky tape. However, none of these are major complaints and it was great value for money Our host was very efficient and quick to reply. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The size was just perfect. So nice to have a lounge area to chill out in. The location is awesome. Close to transport and South Bank.
