As you walk through the doors of our canal home, you are greeted with water views and your very own pontoon. This luxury canal home will not disappoint. On arrival you are drawn down the entranceway into the open plan living area towards the canal. The ceilings are very high, adding to the open plan feel of the home.
The outside entertainment area includes a pool, BBQ, large outdoor table and access to the private pontoon. As mentioned, the pontoon can moor a 43-foot boat (13m) and 2 tinnies and boasts power, water and a live bait tank for those that love to fish. Throw in a crab pot! No boat? No worries! Throw a line in off the pontoon as we regularly catch fish this way.
This home is designed to enjoy an Island getaway at its best.

4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with own ensuites.
The main with King bed, generous ensuite with spa bath, walk in robe and view of the canal.
The second bedroom with a Queen bed and its own ensuite and garden view.
On the opposite side of the home, bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and bedroom 4 has 2 King single beds. Both with easy access to the large main bathroom, toilet and powder room. There is a portable cot, change table and highchair available on request.
The kitchen has stone bench tops and walk in pantry. Nespresso and drip filter coffee machines, air fryer, slow cooker, sandwich press etc.
The kitchen and living areas have views of the canal and pool. Did we mention the bar with bar fridge and pool table?

Bring your boat, launch and motor the short distance to your private pontoon. This makes it so easy for your days out on the water. Pumicestone Passage and Moreton Bay are on your doorstep. Cruise over to the Sandstone Point Hotel for lunch.
Bribie Island offers popular boating and fishing, great 4wding, birdwatching, National Park and surf beaches. A museum, art gallery, adventure tours, cruises, walk tails, freshwater lagoon, markets, playgrounds, equipment and boat hire. World War 11 sites to visit. Golf clubs, bowls club, RSL and multiple restaurants and cafes.
