Perfect for families or groups, this well-appointed retreat offers four bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with two singles—two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living area with air conditioning.



    The fully equipped kitchen and dining space make shared meals easy, while the wide, shaded front veranda is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.



    A standout feature of the property is the newly renovated, insulated downstairs entertainment area, completed in June 2026 and transformed into a fantastic additional living space. This versatile space includes a 70-inch flat-screen TV, BBQ, beach chairs, beach trolley, and a kayak available for guests to enjoy—perfect for quick trips to the shore or exploring the calm waters of the Pumicestone Passage. There's also a bar area for casual entertaining and a bike available for peaceful afternoon rides along the local pathways.



    The home also features a fully fenced yard, making it safe for kids and furry friends, along with driveway and street parking.
