"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room and bed to be comfortable. Unfortunately, that positive impression was overshadowed by a very unpleasant experience regarding hygiene around the coffee machine.
While a staff member was replacing the milk in the refrigerator connected to the coffee machine, I could clearly see that the inside of the fridge was heavily contaminated with old milk residue, mould, and grime covering the sides and bottom. Despite this, the fridge was not cleaned before the new milk was placed inside.
What concerned me most was that the milk tubes for the coffee machine were dragged through the mouldy and dirty areas before being inserted into the fresh milk container. This appeared extremely unhygienic and raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards.
This was particularly disappointing because the rest of my stay was perfectly acceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its cleaning and food-handling procedures, as this is not the standard of hygiene guests should expect from a hotel."
