Step inside and make yourself at home. The cosy living room invites you to sink into the plush 3-seater sofa after a long day. Catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV, complete with Netflix, or enjoy a quiet evening with our selection of board games.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer, and dryer. Gather around the dining table for four, or step through the door into your private garden to enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh air.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms await. There are two spacious double bedrooms and one bright single room, all with mirrors and plenty of storage for your belongings. A travel crib is also available for our youngest guests.

The fresh family bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse. For your convenience, a separate WC is also located on the ground floor.

You will have exclusive access to the entire house and private garden. Make yourself completely at home with no shared spaces.

Check-in is simple and secure with our self-check-in lockbox. We will send you the access code on the day of your arrival for a seamless start to your stay. For your peace of mind, a Ring doorbell is installed at the front door.

We respect your privacy but are always just a message or call away if you need help during your stay.

* **House Rules:** Our home is in a peaceful neighbourhood and is ideal for quiet stays. To respect our neighbours, we do not permit hen/stag parties or loud gatherings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
* **Accessibility:** Please note that all bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessible only by stairs.
* **Flexible Stays:** Planning an extended visit? Please message us to inquire about special discounts for longer stays. Early check-in (3 pm) and late check-out (11 am) may be available, subject to availability.
