âGood value for the bucks, especially if you want to do Brooklyn - which is nice and less hysterical than Manhattan.
Just around the hotel the area seems a little sketchy - but we walked to the hotel even at dark with no problem. And across the big road itâs nice neighborhoods and streets. You can walk along Smith street or along the water promenade.

âLoved the atmosphere and vibe of the retreat. Food was great. The yoga was very fun. We were there on Thursday day/night. Many of the surrounding vendors are closed on Thursday, just a heads up if that is important to traveler.

âGenerally a good hotel. The staff were amazing and beyond, so friendly, welcoming, helpful, hospitality personified. Rooms very clean, if a bit dated.
The breakfast, however, was terrible. Nothing but ultra-high processed foods, high in sugar, salt and trans fats. What little fruit was available was not fresh. Breakfast was also served on paper plates with disposable plastic cutlery. Disappointing. â
âClean big room. Small kitchen but more than enough for us. There was a big shared kitchen as well on the 23rd floor. Nice roof terrace on 7th floor with view over the river.â

âStaff excelled at proactive communication. After taking request for towels and tissues, the front desk staff called back to confirm. It then took just minutes for the service to be rendered. The staff were also resourceful helping me extend a night, find a nearby place, inform of amenities and follow up on my trip when returning.
Thank you for going the extra miles. I feel warmly welcomed after long trips and busy events. â

Enkel enahanda frukost bestĂ„ende av Ă€ggröra., bröd, kaffe jordnötssmör, nĂ„gon proteinkĂ€lla typ nuggets. Men man stĂ„r sig pĂ„ den fram till lunch. Mycket lugnt omrĂ„de med polisstation bredvid och nĂ€ra till tunnelbanan som tar 30 - 40 minuter in till manhattan. Sköna sĂ€ngar. Men lĂ€get och comforten i förhĂ„llande till priset gör hotellet till ett bra val.â

FrÄn gatan hörde man trafiken oerhört tydligt. Isoleringen frÄn fönstren upplevs nÀstan som obefintlig.
Dessutom gick vĂ€rmeaggregatet/AC igĂ„ng imellanĂ„t, extremt högljudt. Ăven ljudet frĂ„n korridoren gick rakt igenom rummet, inte konstigt med tanke pĂ„ en stor springa under dörren.
Jag fick dock byta upp mig till ett king size rum mot innergĂ„rden. Det var mycket tystare, sĂ„ kunde jag sova ostört.â
âThis place is an amazing place. You cannot go wrong. The only complaint that I had. I donât like the bath towels. Theyâre too rough. Need to have soft towels for the bath after you get out of the shower. Thatâs the only complaint besides that the place is phenomenal.â

"VÀldigt trevligt hotell nÀra World trade pÄ nedre Manhattan. Vi hade rum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar, förvÄnansvÀrt stort för att vara New York. Rent och snyggt. Trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. Frukost kan man köpa pÄ 29:e vÄningen med jÀttefin utsikt. Lugnt omrÄde."
