- Main room with a wide comfortable sofa bed for 2 and a dining table
- Across the hall, there is a separate room with a private kitchen and bathroom

Both have locks and are only used by you.
The hall is used only for access to 2 other apartments.
The space
It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. This architectural gem is the only residential building situated directly on the famous Grand Place and is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Breathtaking panoramic views of the Grand Place and its most famous Brussels Town Hall which is illuminated at night to offer a spectacular view. Enjoy this historical experience with the most luxurious modern comfort.

Other things to note
The building is protected by UNESCO and hence it maintains some of its original characteristics, such as steep windy stairs and wooden windows. Although we have updated the inside of the apartment to include all the modern features, the building facade has not been affected and hence there is some potential for noise (we do provide you with earplugs!) and some stairs to climb!

The apartment is in a serviced residence with support 7 days per week, from 9am to midnight. Cleaning on demand available.
