Hotell i Zona Dorada

“Beautiful resort. Clean, good food, clean pools. Rooms are a bit dated but we don't mind. Been here multiple times.”

“I was very pleased with my room. Clean and beautifully decorated in a traditional style, The staff was amazing and extremely friendly, they really went the extra mile to help me. I would definitely be back.”

“5Frogs is a wonderful place to stay. Great location, clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, and two pools. Only a short walk to a great beach. The staff is fantastic. David the Bullfrog manger ensures you have a great stay. Oscar the bar tender and entertainment director is always a pleasure to visit with. Kim, is a great new addition since my last stay. Housekeeping is always on top of keeping the rooms perfect. I can’t wait to return.”

We saw two people go into the ocean during our 7 day stay and nobody on the beach. The only way to stay cool outdoors is in the pool (which was excellent). Air...

“Not very upscale but we liked it. Very kid friendly- especj”

“Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“the highlight are the waiters for breakfast and Victor from the beach area pool is exceptional with customer service. We had to stay an extra day due to airport closure caused by hurricane Simon. The hotel id not do a good job to help with extra accomodation nd asked us to look for another option.”

“Great new hotel, despite not having direct access to the beach, it was super comfortable, the pool area on the top is really nice (with 2 warm jacuzzi) and great views , rooms are super nice and clean (with partial sea view in the room we got), excellent breakfast, 24/7 parking garage FREE, without valet parking (we had bad experience before), and beach is literally 5 minutes away walking, definitely recommend the place for what you get and the price (it is even more worth it than some hotels...
