"Många rum vilket medförde en promenad till rummet. Bra restaurang, bar, frukost och parkering med elladdningsstationer. Fin spa-anläggning men dyr. Bra sängar."

"Business trip....biiig hotel. Great breakfast. Many parking spaces BUT a very outdated system to register the vehicle for parking and virtually impossible for a foreigner such as myself. Luckily the hotel had an option to pay a fee at the reception. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance."

"For the purpose, staying relatively cheaply and use it as a base for day trips (by car outside Luton), the hotel was sufficient (clean and OK breakfast). However, we feel that Hotels.com stated several things that were not correct: 1) The room did not have AC (possibly temporarily broken), 2) the room was not cleaned during the stay (4 days) and 3) parking was not included in the room but there were about 20 spaces in about 150 rooms (however, the hotel solved this by allowing us to park next to the reception."

"Betalde för frukost för två personer, usel frukost (fanns ingen buffé och enbart små tillval på menyn) så ville ej betala för de 2 kvarvarande frukostarna, receptionen så inga problem. Sen fick jag ingen refund och fick ändå betala för alla frukostar även fast de lovat ej skulle debiteras. Usel service!"

"Boendet okej, restaurangen inte okej. Mycket av det som stod på menyn fanns inte. Frukosten bjöd på kall, klumpig äggröra o övrigt som skulle vara varmt var kallt. Pålägg mycket lite o torrt. "
