“Unfortunately did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing.”

“Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front...

“Alpesa apartments studio var välstädad och läget var perfekt, stranden och Gamla stan var inom gång avstånd, så även den centrala busstationen. Personalen(Ivan) var mycket engagerad och var lyhörd till önskemålen/behov, hjälpte oss även med en utflykt till Sveti Stefan. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Budva och kan värm rekommendera Alpesa apartments till andra.”

“We had a nice stay, the hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. The pool was closed and will not open until sometime in June, this was not announced when we booked the hotel which it should be! Cleaning was good but carpets are stained. Breakfast ok!
