"Mycket fint hotell. Rent och fint med bra personal."

"First I have to admit that the location couldn’t be better. On the beach in the wall to the Old Town. We stayed at the hotel. Our room with a balcony and a view over beach and ocean. If they understood guest relations at all they would have a good review but probably they don’t need good reviews because of the location. We booked the best room included breakfast and prepaid and during check-in they told us that we also had 10% off at the restaurant. To get the 10% we need to show that we lived at the hotel. We didn’t expected that or asked for 10%, we were just offered 10% off. Late for eating lunch we decided to take the offer and have a small lunch. When the waiter arrived with the drinks we showed that we were staying at the hotel but they told us we were to late. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! Just checked in at the hotels best room I was a little surprised and didn’t accept. Instead of a nice 10% off they tried to steal 10%. Well in a very bad mood the waiter told me he gave me 10% from his own money. Later in the room I found an A4 sign ”It’s mandatory to present the breakfast card before ordering, if you do not register that you are a guest of the hotel, you will pay the total cost. OK it’s not mentioned it must be before ordering and it didn’t make me feel good or welcome. I already paid for the breakfast in advance and now I as a guest need to behave in a certain way to receive what I already paid for."

"Bra hotell nära stranden med egen pool. Mångsidig frukost, även restaurang i hotellet. Ca 2 km från Budvas gamla stan som man kan gå till längs strandpromenaden."

"Ett toppen hotell, rent snyggt och modernt. Frukosten var god med variation varje dag. Personalen var fantastisk och gav alltid det lilla extra. Läget var utmärkt med gångavstånd till stan samt strand. Har verkligen inget dåligt att säga om hotellet. "

"Fantastisk säng och möbler, bra läge med nära till strand, restauranger och bussterminalen. Städningen var inte lika bra men helt ok. Vi hade bokat två likadana rum varav ena var mycket mindre och trång för 3 personer, båda grannarna hade hundar i sina lägenheter som skällde nästintill konstant. Managern på hotellet var oerhört trevlig och servicemainded. Väldigt bra internetuppkoppling och fräscht hotell. "
