“Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.”

“Accommodation exactly as described in the listing. Bright and clean cottage with a beautiful outside sitting area looking over a pasture of sheep. Quiet location close to Kington, Bradnor Hill and Kington Golf Club, black & white villages of Herefordshire and Wales, rolling hills and farmland. Fabulous place for peace and quiet. “We had an amazing stay! The property was perfect for all our differing needs, Teddy especially loved the tractor, swing ball and all the toys whilst I adored the downstairs shower and my friend loved the quiet surroundings. We had such fun and only a short drive to some stunning walks! We couldn’t have asked for any more.”

“The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!”

“This property is wonderful. The property is brand new/recently renovated and this is apparent as soon as you step inside the front door. All fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the charm of the original building such as exposed beams have all been kept. It is in a quiet location with stunning walks and trails on your doorstep but the village is only a 10 minute walk. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily come back ourselves.”

“Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a romantic getaway, plenty of space and the décor with so much love put into the property. Hot tub was amazing loved it. We ordered from the menu homemade lasagne garlic bread and some chips for our first night and was so worth it tasted better than any pub meal. “Stay was wonderful and we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and were not disappointed. There were a couple of fixtures which need attention, and would have liked the hot tub to have had a constant bubble setting, but other than that had a wonderful stay. “This chalet is just perfect, everything about the stay I could't fault. As it is the only chalet on the property you get complete privacy and your own field for activities with a lovely pond to walk around too. The lack of wifi is actually amazing and feels like a real getaway. The hot tub and firepit kept us entertained all evening anyway! "We had a really delightful stay at The Old Rectory Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A very nice relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable room. Extremely comfortable bed. Only drawback was the bathroom. A very small shower. Drainage didn’t work well do there was lots of water in cabinet. The cooking at the hotel was above tge ordinary. We had a brilliant meal and great breakfast. Highly recommend. "
