“Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. ”

“What a lovely place to stay. Very nice garden and people. Very pretty part of town. Room was small but delightfully decorated and lovely view of garden. Had a bit of trouble working out the shower temp but eventually got it right! ”

“Me and my mum had a lovely stay at Isallt and would highly recommend to families, couples and friends. A lovely and spacious house that also felt really cosy. The house was really clean and on a lovely quiet street, just two minutes’ walk away from the main parts of Conwy - ideal! Agree with all the other reviews that the parking is a minor issue - the public parking is only a short walk away and paying via the app (PayByPhone) makes this whole process really simple. A great overall location...
