Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They host didn’t provide access card. I had to always wait for someone to open the main entrance, access to the parking and access to the elevator.
