“Excellent hotel!”

“There is no hot breakfast or nightly social for the foreseeable future. Construction is happening and there is a lot of noise and people running around. I would not recommend until all of that is over. Very disappointed and wished I had known what I was getting into. Totally ruined my trip to Burlington.”

“Far from a 3 star hotel. I booked based on the high reviews, but the entire family was disappointed with its standards. We’ve stayed in much nicer 2 star hotels, with far better service and welcoming. Felt worn and unclean. ”

“Desk light so dim that it was more comparable to a nightlight. Bathtub clogged so we had to wait a half an hour to 45 minutes between our showers so the water could slowly drain out. I put a couple of items in the refrigerator so that I could have an iced coffee and breakfast in the morning in my room, but when I went to get my items out of the refrigerator in the morning, they were frozen solid as a brick. Also, every time I stepped out of the room during the morning hours, I kept being asked...

“Property did not appear to be safe as several people were seen hanging out drinking and smoking weed in the parking lot. Night staff was very helpful however the room was so dirty, we ended up leaving immediately. There were no other available rooms so we booked a stay at a different hotel. The stove was filthy, the toilet had things floating in it with hair on top of the seat and in the toilet bowl, and the bathtub was not cleaned. There was a horrible scent to the room that immediately made me...

“We got a large suite for a reasonable price.”

“Easy access from Route 93. Bed and room was great. We had a suite in which each bedroom had its own bathroom. The toilet seat height was much shorter in one room that in the other - would be helpful for those with little children. The complementary breakfast was great! they had oatmeal with toppings on the side that could be added. My sons both had waffles that looked awesome and filling. Good way to start the day.”

“No clock in the bedroom”

“Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were, Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances.”

“Everything is great about the place. The only challenge is that it is between two roadways and it is noisy if they could put something too quiet the rooms on the windows may be a greater place, but that’s the only drawback. Bring earplugs if you need quiet at night!!”

“The service was great and the room was clean but I had one problem the tv still stay on cable I was look for stream on YouTube Hulu or Netflix access but unfortunately you can’t not access on any on of them that was pleasant for me because I get my news and entertainment on stream platform but it is a beautiful hotel nice balcony view and the pool was good as well.”
