"Very helpful service minded people working there. I had a wedding up coming and they helped me contacting different photographers, private chauffeurs, they even helped me to fix my clothes like fix my tie. Love the people working there. They didn’t even let me touch my bags when ai arrived there with my wife and friends. Same thing when we were leaving. They put everything in the cab. Just pure love for them"

"The Peninsula Istanbul is an excellent hotel. The wings maintain a high classical standard, but the main building with the reception area would benefit from an update. Service by the pool is outstanding, especially from one of the staff members from Hong Kong who studied at a hotel program in Switzerland – the service level was truly exceptional. The breakfast staff were very friendly, but service was slow despite the restaurant not being full. The rooms were good, as was the gym, although the hotel lacks some machines for abdominal and back training, and the treadmills need to be replaced. The indoor pool and spa facilities are of the highest standard. Overall, The Peninsula Istanbul is a hotel that can definitely be recommended."
