"Had to change room 4 times because the bed was broken in the first room, cigarette smoke in the second room, downgraded us in the 3rd room due to lack of availability, and then finally got the room we booked. If you’re staying below the 6th floor then you should expect a lot of noise. The hotel did not offer us any compensation for this whole mess even though it was requested by us and Expedia/hotels multiple times. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. I’d say it’s more like a 2 star. Don’t get your hopes up. There’s also a lot of mold in the bathrooms and in the spa area. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and I’m a travel agent myself and this is the first time a five star hotel has been this bad and unprofessional."

"Hotellet ligger perfekt, med gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. Underbar frukost. Vi bokade ett superior rum, som vi första anblick verkade toppen. Dock hade man fuskat grovt med badrummet. Handduks hängaren ramlade loss då man hängde en blöt handduk och duscharmaturen satt halvlöst. Synd på ett annars bra intryck."
