“I stay there one week never change my bedding . Put the same sheets on the bed. The breakfast was great, they had some sort of activity going on every night, that was nice.”

“Very large rooms, nice open lobby area, very quiet. Beds extremely comfortable. Only down part was toilets in guest rooms are short and small. Hard for older people to use. Arrangement of bathroom in the guest rooms was a bit awkward and to turn shower on one had to get blasted with cold water to turn the shower facet on.”

“Very bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms...

“Very clean and all were very helpful and professional. Especially Ms Chantella.”

“Friendly staff clean environment very nice I will return again”

“The only challenge was driveway access was limited to one direction. Opposite side of Woodruff Drive required a u turn or turn into a side street to get to the side that had access to HI.”

“Allt bra utom att det var mycket svårt att hitta pga att dom hade byggt on infarten till hotellet.”
