“Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful, comfortable and very clean accommodation in a quiet location yet a lovely 10 minute walk into Beddgelert. We enjoyed the mountain view( even in the rain), sheep, sound of cuckoo birds and the creek but the daily highlight was the heritage steam train!”

“Great house for an extended family holiday. It worked for ages ranging from 48 to 5, including some special needs children. (But be aware, there are lots of stairs, so not really suitable for the physically disabled)The teenagers didn’t feel the WiFi was fast enough, but managed. More photos of the kitchen would be helpful, particularly the size of the fridge. “Amazing historic building, these pictures don’t give it justice, the house is insanely big, we went with a group of 11 but would be ideal for up to 20 really!!”

“Our stay was lovely, the cabin is so homely and doesnt feel like your in a cabin, its so cosy at night, decor is lovely. The owners we didnt meet but communication was good. Only criticism would be that there is an obvious problem with mould and a few things that could do with a tweek for example rusty toilet roll holder, chipped bath tub, bathroom floor and behind the toilet gets very wet due to condensation, pots and baking trays were not clean on arrival also struggled to wash up as we...

“Really fab house near centre of Caernarfon. 3 adults staying for our mums 85th birthday.Couldn't park car outside on arrival but easy to pull up and drop bags, then also easily found spaces nearby during our stay. Very easy 5 minute walk into town with beautiful views of the castle on the way.House was just as described and very clean. 3 great bedrooms with really comfy beds & pillows. Easy access to property with great info & lots of spare keys to use during stay. Really happy with our choice...

“Lovely family stay in one of our favourite areas. The cottage is tastefully decorated and the surroundings are stunning. Everything you need is provided and the owners are lovely, very helpful and non-instrusive. We’d love to come back!”

“A very good stay which is going to be improved by the addition of a hot tub, unfortunately I think that we were the last guests not to benefit. Nice chatting with Gareth about the history of the place. The only things I would like to see are access to the available wifi and (please Gareth), a new bed or at least mattress.”

“We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value.”

“Lovely little cottage, with everything needed for our short stay. Located on private property so felt safe and secluded. Hostess helpful. A great hub for this part of North Wales. We visited Harlech Castle, Aberglaslyn Gorge, Llyn Peninsula, Caernarfon Castle, Plas Newydd, as well as abandoned local slate quarry site.”
