We deeply regret that you didn’t report the noise issue to Reception to enable us to promptly change your room to another area of hotel, more quiet. Regarding the breakfast, we are offering plenty of choices: boiled eggs, omelet, scrambled with pastourma, sausages, salads (tuna / green / oriental / eggplant), eggplant with meat, been, white cheese, cheese with tomato, rumi/cheddar cheese, Egyptian flatbread, chicken/beef salami, cornflakes or other cereals, jam/jelly/butter/honey, fruits / fruit salad, rise with milk, traditional sweets as basbousa/kunafa, various pastries, yogurt, coffee/tea/juices. Could you please specify with more details the bad service at open buffet breakfast in order to enable us to act accordingly? With reference to the tours, we have standard offer with fixed prices, same prices for both Arabic and non Arabic guests. Associated brochures with offers and prices are available and no unprofessional bargain is permitted out of Sales Department policy.
