"I was charged for the parking - it was to be included. Had to ask for a refund. We were put in room 15 sq.m., not the 40 announced, no ventilation and no possibility to open the windows. This is ** hotel, nothing more. Everything, absolutely everything, was outdated and run down."

"A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment."

Beautifully designed.
"Beautifully decorated rooms to a high standard and the property door code system ensures the property is secure. Comfortable bed. It was extremely noisy on the street below. I had to put the fan I found in the wardrobe on to create white noise. I would stay again , but not in a room facing 24hour ..."
